Collection vs Delivery – What’s the Difference?

1. Airport Delivery and Collection (Cape Town Airport) 

International Arrivals

International clients are requested to contact us as soon as they have collected their luggage and cleared customs. 

Our staff will coordinate directly with you via WhatsApp to arrange the smoothest possible handover.

We meet clients at the vehicle rental company, or another agreed-upon meeting point within the airport area. 

All car seats are professionally installed by our team to ensure correct and safe fitting before you leave the airport. A Waiver will have been emailed to you prior to delivery.

We also assist in checking that each child is safely and correctly secured into their seat before departure.

For departures and collections, we meet clients at the car rental return station at the airport.

Prior to clients leaving their accommodation, our staff will communicate directly with them to coordinate arrival times and ensure a seamless collection process at the airport.

Local Arrivals

For local flights, clients are given approximately 30 minutes from flight arrival time to meet our staff at their car rental company.

Our team will remain in direct contact with clients prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and stress-free handover process.

All car seats are professionally installed by our staff, and we ensure that each child is correctly positioned and secured before departure. A Waiver will have been emailed to you prior to delivery.

2. Office Pick up and Return (Woodstock Cape Town) 

Pick up and return your rented baby or toddler equipment directly at our office in Woodstock. 

No pickup or return fees apply — simply bring your booking confirmation and/or ID when collecting.

Note that early or late times plus Saturday & Sunday collections are charged at after hour rates. 

Your day & time will be confirmed by us prior to your arrival. 

3. Delivery and Collection (We Delivery and Collect the products) 

Have your selected items delivered straight to your hotel, guesthouse, Airbnb, or home anywhere in the Western Cape.
